Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During product launches, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Typical shipping times within the United States are:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

 

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. ShanTeas is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
