At ShanTeas, every blend is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.
Because our products are consumable herbal blends, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This helps us maintain strict safety and hygiene standards for all customers.
Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shanteasbrew@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the concern.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. If a refund is approved, we may request that the product be returned before a refund is issued.
Refunds may be considered in situations such as:
- Damaged items during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Other verified order issues
Once a refund is approved and processed, it will be issued to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for:
- Orders requested after the 7-day window
- Products that have been significantly used
- Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference
Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
